Agape Reins offers horseback riding lessons, equine therapy,  trail rides, and related activities. We reserve the right to modify our services or pricing at any time.

By booking services with us, you agree to the following terms:

Liability Waiver

By participating in activities with us, you acknowledge that horseback riding is inherently risky. Agape Reins LLC is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your participation. All riders must sign a liability waiver before engaging in any activity.

Code of Conduct

We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Guests are expected to follow all instructions from our staff and treat our horses, equipment, and property with respect.

Changes to the Terms

Agape Reins reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans sometimes do change, so we have developed a clear cancellation policy to ensure fair treatment for all customers.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations can be made by calling us or texting us at 276-579-2333. Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be charged. If there is a no-show with no notice, half of the service cost will be charged. If there is a no-show with no notice on numerous occasions we may refuse services in the future.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel according to the terms above, your deposit may be applied to future bookings.
