Equine-Assisted Therapy
Learn about our Equine-Assisted Therapeutic Sessions. Facilities which offer this type of therapy can be quite rare, and it is a very exciting part of what we do at AGAPE Reins!
We offer Equine-Assisted Therapy for children, teens and adults. The sessions promote emotional well-being and healing through connection with our gentle horses. Utilizing this therapy can speed healing of many emotional, behavioral and social disorders.
Horsemanship and Riding Sessions
We offer Western Riding style lessons suiting various familiarity and skill levels with horses. Private individuals or groups are welcome. Note: appointments are always required. Contact us for appointment availability for open one-time sessions, multiple sessions, or packages.
We cover important horsemanship, safety and ground work skills, and acquaintance with our horses.
Tailoring our riding sessions to individuals’ skill levels, some riding with the inclusion of trail rides. Riding lessons along our beautiful scenic Virginia highlands is always an unforgettable experience.
